What’s the status of bench multimeters in the Electronics Lab?
Has a new one been obtained, or is it still the old ones that were there previously?
It’s my understanding that the old ones were not calibrated anytime recently. Is that correct?
If there’s a newer one - what are it’s specs?
Looking for a 50,000 count multimeter to calibrate some gear.

Nothing’s been calibrated in recent memory. It’s a thing that’s been discussed briefly but not really a priority.
To clarify - those 2 bench multimeters are “old” and not newly purchased with the recent lab upgrades?
The 34401A was donated in the recent lab upgrades; it wasn’t newly-purchased. It’s not factory-calibrated in the last year if that’s what you’re thinking, but it’s not as old as the auction debris that populated the lab earlier.
