Dye sub

is the dye sub photo paper on Amazon all about the same? Anybody have prefs/don’t buy advice?

I buy the A-Sub brand and have had no complaints. I belive its what Asmbly stocks as well.

Roughly similar, yeah. But we have had one member have extremely bad results with one brand (unfortunately I forgot to take note of that brand, but it was pink on the wrong side)

This (link) is what we get for the packets we sell. I’ve found it very reliable

I know you’re talking about paper, but I thought I would add that I have had vastly different quality results with different sources of identically priced prepared aluminum sublimation substrate. Check the reviews, and note how many reviews there are.

So true. Amazon is handy, but sources are often unlabeled and I too find aluminum variable
