Dust collector revived

The dust collector wasn’t working, and the problem is probably what had been at the root of the latest several clogs.
The filter beater was not working, and the filter was overloaded. - repaired and cleaned.

The cyclone was clogged. The barrel had probably overfilled at one point, which clogs the funnel. - cleaned.

Now it’s pulling really well.
