A problem report came in that the rollers on the planer have crud on them that is pitting the workpiece along the bottom. It stated that there is crud that looks like dried glue.
Remember, 24 hours after glue up before you run anything through the planer. This removes any doubt of squeeze out, in the machine.
Same with epoxy fill, but 72 hours is better than 24.
While glue is easier to remove, it still shuts down the planer for maintenance, and in this case can ruin your smooth surface.
