I have a mini-collection of these talking pyramid clocks made by Seiko in 1984. They’re horribly impractical but I find them very cool – you can see one in action here. I decided they need a display case and ended up fairly happy with this:

There was woodworking, laser cutting, flocking, vinyl cutting, UV resin, and LEDs. Most of those techniques were successful, some… less so, but I think I was able to hide most of the sins
