Dear Valued Sawgrass Customer,

We have an important announcement regarding changes to our software platforms that we would like to share with you.

On February 1st, 2025, we will be sunsetting CreativeStudio and Sawgrass Print Manager (SPM). We understand the impact this may have on your daily sublimation printing workflow, which is why we are providing ample time to ensure a seamless transition to our new platforms - DesignMate and PrintMate – both designed and developed with your feedback in mind.

To assist you in this transition, we will be hosting online educational sessions to guide you in getting started with DesignMate and PrintMate and their features. These sessions will provide you with the opportunity to learn how to navigate the platform, perform common tasks, and maximize your productivity.

I’m going to see about getting videos or training from Sawgrqss geared towards a makerspace.

If that doesn’t work, and once I sort out the tool myself, I’ll see if another approach makes more sense.
