In place of one ceiling tile, there is some … thing. Probably an air cleaner. You can see its power cord coming down through the tile next to it. We want that removed and brought down.
Bonus if you want to clean it up and figure out what it is and what would be needed to make it useful. But don’t go too far; odds are we won’t do anything with it.
