Back room refurb continues:
Someone left rusty cans on the sink. No one expects a utility sink to be pristine, but this is a bit much. Clean it all up (basin too) as best you can.
Bonus level: compare the height of the sink drain to the unused wall drain. I suspect they didn’t use that wall drain because it was too high for the utility sink. If that’s true, then I need someone to create some sturdy leg attachments to raise it up enough to use the wall drain. While you are at it, make sure the water heater will fit underneath the sink as well (possibly with some modified piping).
