The community computers have a new home!
The windows have been treated with the same professional tint we have by the small CNC and the bottom window panels are blackout. This makes a huge difference in the temperature here, but the early morning time is still a bit warm. We’ll keep a pulse on that and see if we need to make further adjustments.
This change was requested some time ago to give room in Textiles for new additions and help keep this member resource available without disrupting classes. We’re also hoping that by putting it in a more visible location and adding some signage, more members will take advantage of this membership benefit!
This list is missing a few programs and will be updated soon!
With this move, we also want to reinforce that this is a shared member resource. As a courtesy to your fellow members, please limit your use to a max of 3 hours. This isn’t currently something you have to reserve and we hope to be able to keep it that way!
