another bolt failed unfortunately and spindle has dropped, no fire fortunately
Is there an actual broken bolt, or did it just vibrate loose?
2 bolts ends look sheared so there could be bits of the bolt threads still in there. Wasn’t doing anything crazy just 100 ipm with an 1/8” end mill, have done it 72 times successfully.
Is this machine usable?
Machine is running again, but DC isn’t functioning 100%. Mind your messes and clean up accordingly please.
