Hi, I would like to cut 3/4" thick HDPE Plastic, 1/8" thick Polycarbonate, 1/8" thick Aluminum 6061 & 6063 on the CNC.
Would appreciate suggestions for what end mill to use as well as Spindle, Feed and Plunge rates to use.
