Hi all, wondering if anyone has experience doing custom foam inserts on the cnc for packaging. I was thinking of making a cast and using a gap filler but cnc-ing, if I can find the right material might be better!
I ordered some foam for gun case inserts, but have yet to try it. The sites I visited said its was what the big guys use on their CNC’s.
This looks good but way to $$ for packing material. I might just suck it up and package everything by hand! cant tool-path my way outta this one! sigh
Using the Shaper Origin CNC I’ve cut some for inserts to a Systainer.
