With the CNCs out of commission for a bit, do we have a circle cutting router jig at the shop?
We have a laser. The laser can cut you a perfect circle (or any other shape) on a scrap piece of plywood or acrylic. This can be used as a router template with the router table. Simply use hot glue, tape-superglue-tape, or any other temporary adhesive method to stick the template to your piece and use a flush trim router bit similar to this one with the bearing at the height of the template.
