Changing email address

Hi, I changed my email address for my Neon and Skedda accounts. I can’t figure out how to update my OpenPath email address- is it necessary for my Neon and OpenPath email addresses to be exactly matching?

Once you’ve been activated, Openpath and Neon sync via account numbers so they’ll never notice mis-matched email addresses.

If you’d rather get future openPath comms to your new email address, I can update it manually
