Cannot update wiki

Hi,

my discourse id is in Neon profile and my membership is active.

Yet, when I login to wiki, I don’t see edit option.

You can see that I’m not in editor group from my account data

When you visit the wiki, do you see yourself logged in?

Congratulations on finding a new permissions problem :slight_smile:

You can’t edit the wiki because your Discourse groups aren’t updating. That’s a fairly common problem, and it’s basically always due to failure to match somebody’s Discourse and Neon accounts.

Your accounts, however, are fine. Your email addresses match and Neon knows your Discourse handle. I cannot explain your missing group membership.

I’ll keep digging into it, but in the meantime I’ve manually fixed your Discourse group. If you log out of the wiki and log back in you should be able to edit.

Yes, I was logged in as twistedwisdom in wiki which is also the account with discourse.

Hey @Jon, I’m also having a similar problem. Not sure there is much I can do to help fix it, but I’d also love to edit the wiki.

Groups are fixed, should be good now
