I have been able to buy sheet goods in the laser room with ease, but there appears to be something different about textiles wherein it wants to ship me something, insists I add a shipping address, then tells me it doesn’t ship to my address.
Weird. I can’t see anything different about the settings on those. They have identical configurations. We’ll have to look into that more and figure out what the deal is there.
Update: Stephannie and I tested this tonight, and it appears to be related to Apple Pay, which had the same issue again, but I was able to directly enter a CC and complete the purchase.
Add on information - the layout of the page doesn’t make it obvious that you don’t have to use squarepay, applepay or google pay. What Luke and I figured out is that to just enter your credit card you have to scroll much further down on the page. So workflow is funky.
Interesting, thanks for the follow up on this! We’re looking at getting a self service kiosk to have at the space which may simplify these transactions.
