Breaking the laser image rules: Banshee hacktoning

This is quite the epiphany- now I understand the issues in getting good, straightforward photo-quality rastering. This is an ugly, ugly hack of the Ruida that demonstrates wonderful things. Lightburn currently can’t do this in a logical way- like I say, it’s an extreme hack. But the result is AMAZING.

Same 0.25mm line interval, same speed, same image settings, same size. The first is the optimum formula for Jarvis dithering, or at least close to it. The second is a group of hacktoning results for the same everything, just doing some insane hacking into the PWM system.

I think I can get Lightburn’s attention now

By “get Lightburn’s attention”, I take it you mean get their developers to add new features to support this rastering mode directly without hacking?
