The old Sawstop is back up. Finally. The original motor died and we were waiting on a new one.
Jose got the motor swapped out over the weekend. Give a big “Thank You!” to Jose!
Danny Miller, James Freeman and Ethan Moore did the wiring, a little bit of trouble shooting and - done.
Reminder: The old Sawstop by the sanding area is for sheet goods and ripping. The outfeed is not routed out to accommodate sleds and guide rails. The new Sawstop by the router table is for cross cutting. You can rip on the new one, that’s fine. But getting larger material back there can be challenging.
