Billing problem from ATX Hackerspace

I have transferred my membership to the annual bill through NEON. I just got the notice of paid invoice from Freshbooks. It was $115 because I have been paying for my daughter, Amelia as well. She has had no active interest so please pause/stop/cancel her membership as well as stopping the Freshbooks payment altogether.
I actually paid through NEON 5/4 as well as freshbooks for May. Not terribly worried about that but it does feel a little double paid. Maybe adjust renew date in NEON to end of May.
