Hi. I need to pause my membership because money is tight so I turned off auto renew a Couple of weeks ago. However I just got notice that the membership auto renewed for another month. I have no project and can’t use the membership this month and need to get this fixed. How do I get this reversed? Thanks! Not sure how this was even oossible since I turned off auto renew

We’ve identified some confusion with Neon’s web page design, particularly regarding the auto-renewal settings. On desktop, you need to toggle auto-renew off and then click “SAVE” at the bottom. On mobile, you need to click “CONFIRM” and then “SAVE.”
We’ve reached out to Neon to advocate for a more user-friendly design, but no luck so far. This trips a couple people up every month!
