Alta open?

My Alta open is not allowing me access during my scheduled time? Could someone help me with this I don’t have access to any of the doors!

Same problem here…

Just renewed my waiver and Alta would show me the nearby backdoor entrance, but trying to open it causes a 474-a error suggesting I may not have permission to open the door even though my membership is valid and waiver is signed…

Edit: got it working:

  1. Had to remove the profile to logout of the Alto app
  2. Reset my Alto password
  3. Login again
