Take it apart and look for a clog is all I can think of.

OK, so a little more color here.

-The foot peddle was working intermittently. Turning regulator up just a bit may have helped.

-The connection from the box to the vacuum setup doesn’t have a good fitting and frequently came loose as I was trying to troubleshoot.

-Definite clumps and clogs in the hopper. Seemed to do a bit better after breaking that up a bit. Better but inconsistent flow. I was just removing rust so it got the job done.
