I’m happy to report the Sublimation Printer has been restored to it’s previous working glory! I did a full cleaning maintenance on the paper feed belt, feed assist plate, and belt rollers. The belt was the biggest culprit - there was a line of dry ink that was directly in the spot where the issues were happening. Because of the location, only the 11x17 paper prints were affected, which is why it seemed fixed before when testing on smaller paper. (@Bees I figured you would like a tag on this!)
