Hi, When I login to the labtop next to it and open Exscan, 3D scanner shows up as offline. 3D scanner is on and seem to be plugged into the laptop.
ps. there is no wiki for 3D scanner.

The scanner start up needs to follow certain workflow exactly in order for the software to pick up the scanner, even then it can take multiple tries at times. Here’s the document I’ve wrote that will soon go on our wiki page. At the bottom half there is the order of operations for the startup.
There is a video file on the desktop of the laptop next to the scanner that shows the process you can reference as well.
