As some of you know, I am hosting a EinScan-SE 3D Scanner at Asmbly.
I’ll be doing a live demo on the scanner and it’s software this Friday 2PM at the MPR room. Come by if you want to hangout and get some stuff scanned. The session will be recorded to make available for future reference. After this it’ll soon be available for booking.

Does this one require a beefy PC like the larger Einstar?
It’s been out for a while now, so older hardware totally works, Asmbly bought a new laptop dedicated for this scanner.
It is the HP laptop, this scanner uses EXScan rather than Exstar, which is for Einstar only.
This is super awesome. Is this currently first come first serve or will it only be available after the booking option is set up? If so any ideas on when that’ll be? I’m excited to try it out
