Additional Info: I measured the thickness of the material using faulty calibers sitting on the cnc table. It seems to increase measurements, even after zeroing. I removed the calibers to prevent anyone else from using them. I’ve also donated for a new spoil board here: CNC Supply Donation - Asmbly Makerspace, Inc.
