Additional Info: Please do NOT use any tools hooked up to the DC until this is fixed.
It is unfortunate it is happening this week, the last week we’ll have this unit, however please be patient while we troubleshoot and make sure it is back online.
I don’t hear any clicks, buzzes, taps, or other noises when trying to turn it on. All wires seem to be connected except two small blue wires that appear to be intentionally disconnected (photo coming in).
