Additional Info: The computer is connected to the internet. Quitting and restarting Fusion successfully signs in. However, after a minute or two an error shows up saying that there is an Outage Detected. This means that designs are not properly saved. My personal laptop does not see an outage, which is why I think this is a problem specific to the hallway computer.
