All other heads are working as expected, and the machine can still be used to print designs that don’t require magenta, so we will call this a yellow tag. We will do some further maintenance soon to see if we can get the magenta flowing properly soon.

Hey there:) !! I was wondering if anyone has an update on if this yellow tag was resolved or still in the process of getting resolved. I have a few projects that I want to print that are primarily Magenta based, thanks so much!
