Additional Info: I swapped the connector on the back of the DRO from Y/Z to X/Y and the issue remained. So I swapped the connector back. I also tried to power cycle the DRO a couple times. I did not see an obvious defect in the cable jacketing either.

Yeah, this was already reported on Discourse as being completely disabled. Please check Discourse for existing problem reports before you start making random attempts to fix something that is inherently unfixable.

Shouldn’t there be a yellow tag on the machine indicating a problem reported, but machine still useable?

Sigh, probably. Andres and I didn’t think of it, and Andres was using it the entire time I was there.
