What can cause a bit drop issue? I’m asking because I don’t know if this is something that can just happen and is unfortunate when it does. If it is a result of not tightening hard enough, doing something funky with bitspeeds, A worn out collet, I’m just not sure which is why I ask.

Worn collet
Maybe it’s also possible the wrong size collet (metric vs imperial)
