Hopefully this will not last too long. I just changed the filters on all HVACs this morning and this unit in particular was completely iced over. It had to melt away a little bit and I’m guessing there’s a little residual water finding it’s way out of the pan.
I won’t be around until later tonight, so if someone is willing to take a ladder up with a rag and “hand mop” then that should fix things quickly. Otherwise I imagine it’d be all dried up by the evening.
Someone has finished work on this and called it done.
