I’m not sure why it’s getting stuck but it is easy to get unstuck.
Simply unscrew the screw below it a couple of turns, until it pops out then screw it back in.

I opened the panel last week and didn’t see any dust or anything.
@Rolo would using dielectric grease on the switch help? It’s designed for electrical connections so it’s safe.

It’s plastic catching on plastic right now. The box covers electrical components so that sounds like something that would be perfect for it
