Hi All

After adjusting the Prusa XL’s idler tension/dwarf-cover-door for TPU dozens of times without issue, I accidentally mishandled the dwarf-cover-door today. I accidentally snapped a bit plastic on the dwarf-cover-base that allows the dwarf-cover-door to hinge open and closed.

I’ve ordered Black PETG and can print replacement part by Tuesday evening.

Prusa’s XL Print Files (I did notice their dwarf-cover-base stl differs from Asmbly’s. I’ve found matching .stl. See comparison below)

Painters taped the dwarf-cover-door for temp placement
Set nut + bolt for hinge inside plastic container next to the XL

Blocked out some time yesterday to print a replacement Dwarf Cover Base and replaced the broken piece. Toolhead #5 is all fixed!
