Additional Info: We checked the seal under the filter and it is broken. Fit it back as best we could. Changed out the bag. Emptied about a quarter of a can of saw dust. Put in a new bag. Eyeballed the gates and they were lighting up green when I turned it on. Not sure what else to do. The system seems to be working even when the light is on

Do we have any gaskets that fit around the shallow collection bin under the main filter?

I do not think we do, no. Do you know which one we might need? I can put the order in, i’m just not sure off hand what to purchase.

Not sure what size but there was a gasket on it and that gasket was torn.
