I am an old-school tabletop gamer, mostly RPGs, but starting to venture into war gaming (Warhammer 40k, One Page Rules, etc.). At one point I was also the president of The Robot Group, a group of robotics enthusiasts in the Austin area.
Most of my projects, these days, revolve around the gaming aspect, but as my daughter gets older, I will likely be revitalizing my tech projects so she has the opportunity to get some hands-on experience with design and programming.
I also run a local gaming convention, Chupacabracon, which happens in early May in Round Rock.
