The axes have not been lubricated properly, the Y axis rail is jamming. Laguna put out some instructions, but they’re incorrect. Hiwin needs specific tools and a special grease applied through their fitting. I went through how to do it here, and listed the exact items needed. I don’t know if they’ve been ordered.
