Thanks for humoring my newbie question, but I thought there was some mention during the safety training of a video about how to replace the sandpaper on the supermax belt sander but I’m having trouble finding it. Am I making this up or is it out there somwhere?
Found this example How to Change Sandpaper on a Performax & SuperMax Drum Sander - YouTube and there are several others out there as well. In the example it shows a dual drum while ours has a single drum but the process is the same. One thing I would add is after changing the paper I close the lid and run the sander about a minute or two without sending any material through the sander. Then I stop the sander and check the paper to make sure it has not slipped and correct as needed.
