Cutting very, very small metal- possible?

Yeah, I had seen a few other posts on here talking about them when I was looking around earlier this week. On their website, most of their materials only go down to about 1.02mm, which is about 4-10X thicker than you’d want for hands and a little over 2X as thick as you’d want for a dial. I may email them and see if they can use thinner stock, though. I don’t imagine there are technical limitations to it on their machines, it may just be something they don’t get asked for enough to advertise it.

They have some stuff that’s .4 mm blue temper spring steel.

Yeah, I think that’s probably my best bet if they can’t go thinner. 0.4mm is on the thick side for hands (I really should have stuck to Lego or something), but I can make it work. As a bonus, might save me from heat bluing on the prototypes. :joy:
