Tripped the table saw, no injuries. Went to woodcraft and Home Depot for a new brake and blade, replaced and tested. Thanks @dannym for the help!
Just adding info, it was a miter gauge strike. The miter gauge has been a high risk tool here, do they make nonconductive ones? Or can a sled take its place and we just don’t use these?
