There are no unbroken tips for the Tormach probe. More have been ordered, ETA Monday afternoon.
This means that multiple people have broken tips without officially reporting it, including the person whom I explicitly told last night “please go report this”. (Telling a steward or lead something is not an official report.) This is totally unacceptable. If any of these breakages had been reported, we could have gotten spares or at least gotten an order in sooner. Instead, the machine is unusable by most people for four full days.
