I was in the sublimation room yesterday, and when I print my image, the butterfly which is a sort of purple/magenta color is printing pale beige. The person in the room with me said magenta must be out.
Is this the case or am I doing something wrong? Thank you!

We have had some similar issues recently and the easiest fix is to run a nozzle clean/flush on nozzle 2. I’ll check the printer tomorrow and get it running if nobody beats me to it! If you ever have an issue with any machine at Asmbly, you can use the problem report QR codes to immediately notify our team!
