Anybody know of a good source locally for Valchromat (essentially dyed MDF)?
I don’t but I’d be interested to get some to play around with if you end up ordering it from somewhere
I’ve been looking around and contacting every source I’ve found for almost a year now. There is a distributor in DFW that carries it if we want to put together a syndicate to go in on some.
It was listed on Dakota’s website at one point but when I called them they said they haven’t carried it for years.
Brazos lists black melamine with black MDF core as available on their website but they never answer their phone when I call to inquire about it.
Regardless, I am very interested in getting some and have need of it for a few projects. Let me know if you find any or if we want to team up to source some.
I recommend we call our syndicate Genco Olive Oil…
I don’t need a lot - don’t have the room to store it. I’d probably need a few half sheets of 12mm in different colors (black, red, and green?).
