Small CNC: Z axis limit isn't working

I submitted a problem report but I’ll put it here as well since I saw CNC classes scheduled for today. The small CNC might have a problem with the Z-axis limit switch.

When I powered it up and tried to home the Z axis, it raises to the top and tries to keep going. Makes an ugly sound so I stopped it. I put a red tag on to keep others from trying it, worried doing that a bunch would damage something.

Thanks for sharing John. I’ve made sure to share this over on the Stewards slack. Also great to use the red QR code for issues like this, as that automatically brings it up in slack (due to a nifty bit of automation)

I checked backwards on that channel, and it seems it did go through. Thanks! It looks like Shane checked it after and couldn’t replicate the problem
