[RESOLVED!] What is holding up the table saw

I see a new belt but it’s not on. Is there a problem installing it?

There should be a new package coming in today from saw stop , the one resting on it is not the correct one.

I looked for the new belt at the shop while I was there tonight, I didn’t see it there.

It got delayed a day it’ll be in today
