The plasma cutter is off line. There is an internal air leak and the torch handle keeps getting band-Aids. It is time to address both issues.
A new lead is on the way. It should arrive Friday. The internal air leak shouldn’t be too hard to diagnose. It will get some maintenance Sunday morning.

Found the air leak. I believe I have the air line in my collection of air hose repair.
The plasma cutter got a new air line and torch handle.

Adjusted the air pressure regulator now that there is not a massive air leak. Gave it a quick test cut and everything is in order.
