Went to carve a project after spending much time in the setup/ drawing phase to find the controller( remote) only appeared to be on but displayed nothing. I tried rebooting the system but to no avail. Picture will not upload
This seems to be a known issue. I encountered the same issue on Sunday and wasn’t the first person to report the pendant not booting.
I eventually got the RichAuto interface to load through luck.
Dunno if this anything to do with it, but make sure your USB drive is 8GB or less.
Unrelated. The issue is powering the system on, no USB was connected when I was working.
@morrism14 and @jamesfreeman have installed a new pendant and Swift is working again. Unsure what caused the failure of the original pendant but we will be ordering another backup.
