Meet your new offset collet wrench - router table

Face it, the old shop made offset collet wrench was a wreck. It slipped off of the armature, constantly. Then, since the collet couldn’t get real tight, the bit might start to wander. Frustrating on that nice lumber you got.

No more. A new offset collet wrench is there, specifically for the Bosch router. You can torque down on that, and it doesn’t slip off. Even after the previous wrench has been gnawing on the flats.

I didn’t get a chance to test for bit stability while running, but simply installing the bit and removing it, I was able to comfortably add a lot more force to the collet.

If you do experience issues with the router. Please document and post.

Awesome! I’ve only used it a few times so far, and I can confirm that it slipped a lot.

I didn’t know the old one was shop made though, that’s pretty cool.

Awesome! I also like the marking on the handle?
