Hello fellow hackers. Does anyone know if the mask issue has been discussed recently? 90% of the time I use the space there are only a few people at most in the woodshop while I’m using the laser. It would be great to go along with many businesses who are removing their mask mandates especially in a space that is naturally socially distanced
It was discussed at the board meeting last week. There’ll be a survey going out to members this week to take the group’s temperature on mask requirements before we adopt any changes to policy.

We’ll have an update towards the end of this week (the board meets Wednesday night). We just sent out a short survey to all active members in Neon to get some community feedback that will help guide our policy decisions around this.
