Hey Hackers,
Lots of updates to share this week that you’re already in the loop on if you were able to attend our Member Meeting last night. If you didn’t make it, no worries — we recorded it for you 
.
In that meeting, we shared details of the first phase of our reopening as well as a financial report, results from the member survey, updates from the ATXHS COVID Responders, and a great Q&A session. Info on all this and more below.

Member Meeting Recap
To help you navigate to the parts of the recording that may be of most interest to you, here is a list of the topics and the timestamp in the recording to jump to:
WE STILL NEED HELP REOPENING!
Areas in the space will be bookable based on whether a document has been made with sanitation procedures for that area. These documents will be posted in their respective areas along with necessary cleaning supplies. We still need help completing this!
Eric has written up details on what we need here. In that document, you will also find links to all the sanitation docs (which will live in this folder here) as well as what members are currently working on them. Even if you see someone assigned to an area already, if it doesn’t say “complete” next to it there is potential to contribute to get it done quicker! So far, we haven’t had anyone express interest in writing up docs for the 3D printers, autobay, or the Machine Shop/Tormach area.
If you don’t see docs for an area you are interested in booking, that means it’s currently not a bookable area. Please reach out to let us know via email at board@atxhs.org (public) or board-private@atxhs.org (private) so we can make considerations and adjust.
Skedda
As introduced in the Member Meeting last night, we will be using Skedda for scheduling time at the space (thank you Billy for suggesting this!). If you are interested in booking time at the space, please be sure to watch the reopening plan section of the member meeting recording which includes important information about expectations in the space and a walk through of Skedda.
The first round of email invites will be sent out based on responses to the member survey to those who indicated hardship (financial/mental wellbeing) using the email address indicated on the member survey. We’ll give about a week to let this first round of members create bookings, then we’ll send out a link to all members allowing them to join. If you haven’t filled out the member survey, you can still do so here. That first round of invites should be sent by tomorrow morning. If you do not receive an invite by 10am Friday and feel you should have, please reach out to admin@atxhs.org.
I will be writing up documentation on how to use Skedda - basic info as well as info about parameters around booking. You can currently find that info in the meeting slides or the Skedda section of the meeting recording. I’ll try to get that documentation out as soon as possible, but if you have any issues with it in the meantime, feel free to reach out to admin@atxhs.org for help.
As shown in the walk through during the member meeting, there are a lot of backend tweaks we can make to this system to make it work for our needs. If you have any suggestions or feel we’ve got something configured wrong, please email board@atxhs.org (public) or board-private@atxhs.org (private) to let us know.
